Sales & Operations Manager

Orange Print Pte. Ltd.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring quick and accurate responses.
  • Submit quotations and follow up on sales leads, closing deals where appropriate.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, especially those in the education sector.
  • Provide sales forecasts, business insights, and recommendations to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth, including upselling and cross-selling services to existing customers.

Operations Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the printing business, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
  • Serve as the point of contact for printing staff posted out station, addressing their operational needs and resolving issues.
  • Manage the hiring process, including interviewing and onboarding new staff as needed to support business growth.
  • Handle manpower planning and scheduling to ensure sufficient coverage and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with submitting and reviewing job tickets for in-house printing to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain regular reporting on operational performance, including daily updates via Google Calendar.
  • Provide guidance and support to in-house staff, resolving issues and helping them meet their daily objectives.

Administrative & Reporting:

  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and staff productivity.
  • Provide forecasts for business performance and recommend strategic adjustments to improve both sales and operations.
  • Keep track of staff schedules and project timelines, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in both sales and operations, preferably in the printing or education sector.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and staff concerns.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Calendar, Google Sheets) for reporting and communication.
  • Knowledge of digital printing processes is a plus.
