Work Scope
-To provide a full suite of corporate secretarial-related services (e.g., incorporation of the company, change of company officers and share transfers)
- Manage a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services
- Handling submission of ACRA & IRAS transactions
- Preparing Directors/Shareholders resolutions, Extraordinary / Annual General Meetings Minutes, relevant statutory forms and other related documents for ongoing corporate secretarial matters.
- Provide advice on compliance requirements, corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters
- Ensure that secretarial files and statutory records are properly updated and maintained
- Performing Onboarding / Ongoing Due Diligence Checks on new and existing clients
- Liaise with statutory bodies, banks and other third-party business partners as and when required
- Review/Prepare financial statements in XBRL format.
- Any other corporate and ad-hoc jobs as required
- Assisting in accounting review/accounting work during non-peak periods for secretarial
Requirements: -
- At least 2 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or Law
- A meticulous, organized and proactive individual who can work independently.
- Multi-task and work under tight timelines.
- Holding or currently pursuing a corporate secretarial qualification/compliance background would be an advantage.
- Experience in working in a corporate service provider firm would be preferred
- Candidate with more than five years experience will be considered for Assistant Manger position
