Job Scope:
- Oversee and manage factory staff, including creating work schedules and assigning tasks.
- Ensure all employees receive necessary training on job responsibilities, company policies, and relevant regulations.
- Guarantee adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Supervise activities related to manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Read, interpret, and follow assembly drawings, product test specifications, assembly instructions, Six Sigma sheets, and production data sheets.
- Perform quality checks to confirm that products meet the required standards.
- Detect product defects and complete the necessary documentation for identified issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment within the factory.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance tasks within the plant.
- Ensure familiarity with and application of product packaging methods.
Job requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electronic).
- Min 8-12 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Thorough understanding of compliance regulations and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
- Proficiency in Six Sigma or similar quality management processes.
- Hands-on experience in plant operations and maintenance.
