We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Researcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on researching and analysing trading or chatbot related products, helping to define the company’s product value proposition and market positioning.
Responsibilities:
- Business Storytelling & Research: Conduct in-depth market research to define the trading product’s value proposition and market positioning. Develop compelling narratives and create executive presentations based on research findings.
- Needs Assessment: Establish a structured framework for conducting needs assessments specific to the product. Identify pain points and gather feedback from clients, users and stakeholders to inform product direction.
- Business Use Cases: Define and document business use cases related to trading products, ensuring alignment with market’s needs and demands.
- Product Strategy Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide research-based insights that inform the product strategy and contribute to the creation of a comprehensive product roadmap for trading products.
- Data Analysis and Market Research: Proficiency in conducting comprehensive market data analysis to identify trends, evaluate competitor performance, and provide actionable insights that highlight the company’s competitive advantages and areas for growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, presenting research findings to help shape their vision and align business goals with the product.
- Expertise in Technical Writing: Ability to distil complex technology features into clear, concise technical documentation that can be easily understood by stakeholders, including technical teams, product managers, and business leaders.
- Familiarity with the Fintech and AI landscape (preferred): Knowledge on the latest developments in GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) and Large Language Models (LLMs), is highly desirable.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in business research, market analysis, or similar roles within the technology industry, with specific experience in trading products.
- Experience in needs assessment, user research, and market analysis, with a focus on trading markets.
- Strong business writing, storytelling, and research skills.
- Knowledge of Fintech, AI Industry, and GPT/LLM Features (highly desirable)
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
