Opportunity to join a market leader in the infrastructure and data center sector as Finance Operations Manager.
The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for leading a team and have full ownership of the Accounts Payable (AP) function while reviewing the General Ledger and month end closing for Singapore and Malaysia. You will ensure timely financial reporting and play a key role in leading and driving the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures and internal controls for the finance organization as well as efficiency for the AP function.
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in overseeing financial accounting operations (eg. AP and GL) within an MNC environment
- Regional exposure within SEA
- Proven experience in team management
- Proven experience in driving process improvement and efficiency projects within the AP function
- Prior exposure within the real estate / construction / data center / infrastructure sector will be preferred but not a must
- Ability to be hands-on and work well in a fast-paced environment will be essential
