- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leading role delivering Salesforce projects, demonstrating a track record of successful implementations and leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively online and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Salesforce certification in Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder is preferred. Additional certifications are a bonus.
- A Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree, or a professional qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for the role.
- Active involvement in the Salesforce community is ideal, showcasing a commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with industry trends.
How you'll make impact
- Conduct thorough research into clients’ use of Salesforce, producing detailed reports with actionable insights and a strategic roadmap for implementing Salesforce solutions that align with their business goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers to develop prototypes and proofs of concept, helping to elicit and define clear requirements for effective solutions.
- Review and assess Salesforce solutions, recommending improvements and optimizations to enhance functionality and performance.
- Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, working closely with stakeholders to prioritize and define project requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Utilize expertise in Salesforce (and optionally other solutions like Service Cloud) to design effective solutions, integrating affiliated platforms as needed.
- Provide ongoing application expertise and support to facilitate the rapid rollout of releases and features based on business priorities.
- Guide the creation of user stories, ensuring acceptance criteria are well-defined and that designs are appropriately justified and documented.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of testing procedures and success criteria, overseeing the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in collaborative project and workstream planning, applying Salesforce best practices to drive successful outcomes and project efficiency.
