Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the EUS team, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of technical issues.
- Ensure that all incidents, requests, and changes are managed according to ITIL best practices and internal SLAs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the EUS team, ensuring that team members are motivated and performing at their best
- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues that require advanced troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to deliver a seamless end-user experience across all locations
- Ensure that the EUS team provides exceptional customer service and support for hardware, software, and other IT-related inquiries.
- Partner with senior management to define and execute the strategic roadmap for end-user services
- Participate in technology rollouts, ensuring that new tools and systems are effectively integrated into the business
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that IT services are aligned with business objectives
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services
- Ensure that all end-user devices and services comply with the bank's security policies and regulatory requirements
- Support new office setup projects
To succeed in this role, you require at least 6 years of experience in EUS, with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of end-user technologies, including Windows, macOS, Office 365, and mobile device management (MDM) solutions
- Experience in new office setup projects
- Experience with vendor management and third-party service providers
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in the financial sector
- Experience working in a financial services or investment banking environment will be advantageous
