Job Description:
We are seeking an Amazon Cloud Platform Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and patching cloud application solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance. You will collaborate with key teams like Amazon Connect, ServiceNow, and Service Analytics to ensure smooth operation and timely updates. Troubleshooting and resolution of any reported issues will also be critical to meet project SLAs/KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and patch cloud application solutions as per project requirements.
· Collaborate with Amazon Connect, ServiceNow, and Service Analytics teams to ensure optimal performance and timely updates.
· Monitor and ensure all deployed applications are up to date with the latest patches, addressing any CVEs as per project security policies.
· Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues within defined SLAs/KPIs.
· Continuously improve the cloud infrastructure and integrate new technologies where appropriate.
Requirements:
· AWS Certified with hands-on experience in AWS services.
· Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and patch management.
· Experience with Amazon Connect and related cloud services.
· Proficiency in AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
· Eagerness to learn new cloud technologies and contribute to cloud-related innovations.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in troubleshooting issues.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
