Job Description & Requirements
Reporting to Project Manager, the Engineer has the following responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in project planning, all on-site technical / engineering matter and authority submissions.
- Assist the Project Manager in managing and implementing the quality, environmental, health and safety (QEHS) management system of Pikasa Builders Pte Ltd on site.
- Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance to operating procedures, quality standards and contractual specifications.
- Monitor progress of works and site activities to ensure adherence to project timeline.
- Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc.)
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
- Responsible for all inspection activities carried out at work site
- To update all structural/ architechural and M&E progress with scheduling tools.
- To prepare and submit shop drawing/ Material/ MOS monthly progress claims and PM report.
- To analyse customer complaints and provide afvise and resolve problems creattively.
Requirements and Skills
1. Posses a Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
2. Proficient in MS Office, Auto Cad
3. Good analytical, supervision, and communication skills
4. 5 years of experience in building Engineering projects including New Build
