Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CloudSense Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work with CloudSense B2B CPQ platform features, developing and implementing solutions to meet project needs and support business objectives. A background in the telecommunications industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement solutions using CloudSense B2B CPQ platform OOTB features to meet project needs.
· Participate in BSS Transformation projects, providing E2E solutioning for business processes.
· Manage B2B products, focusing on Order Management and Billing processes.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions based on agreed business requirements, ensuring considerations such as performance, scalability, data security, and cost-effectiveness.
· Translate business requirements into technical specifications using CloudSense’s OOTB features for optimal design and development.
· Support system-related activities to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Qualifications:
· Hands-on experience with the CloudSense B2B CPQ platform.
· Strong understanding of BSS Transformation, including end-to-end solutioning.
· Expertise in B2B Product Management, Order Management, and Billing systems.
· Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Telecommunications industry background is preferred.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
