Your new company
Client is local retail high-end jewelry store, seeking to hire a 1-year contract (renewable) Store Manager.
Location: Central
Salary: up to $5,000 per month (+ yearly completion bonus + VB % on store performance + sales incentives)
Work hours: Wednesday to Sunday, 11am to 8pm (Non-work day on Mondays and Tuesdays)
Your new role
· Supervise, train, and assist employees like Sales Associates in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions.
· Develop and maintain a schedule for employees and promotions centred on holiday sales and other cycles.
· Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store.
· Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans, and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
· Implement cross-training of employees and Assistant Managers to always maintain productivity.
· Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.
· Ensure the store always remains clean and presentable
What you'll need to succeed
• Min 2-3 years of Sales (front-line) experience in (preferred) luxury brands
• Business mindset with great communications
• Able to mentor and guide new hires
