Responsibilities:-
- Full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, on-boarding, work pass administration, maintenance of employee records, payroll, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, training and development, employee relations, HR metrics and analysis etc
- Provide HR advice and recommendations
- Develop/Support HR initiatives
- Management and support dormitory and to work closely with Production Manager; compliance with latest safety measures by BCA, MOM etc
Requirements:-
- Diploma holder or Degree in Business Management, HRM or equivalent
- 2 years hands-on experience as a HR Generalist, including Payroll preferably
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, CPF, IRAS and other employment related legislation
- Detailed oriented with high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Excel and HRIS (experience in Timesoft will be an added advantage)
- Organised and able to prioritise
- People-oriented
