Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of strategic marketing plans aimed at achieving sales targets and maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Manage the creation and execution of monthly and annual budget forecasts, encompassing sales, operations, staffing, marketing, and capital expenditures.
- Proactively assess staffing and system needs to support both local and regional brand growth.
- Partner with the team to continuously monitor P&L and manage cash flow operations.
- Formulate and oversee short- and long-term brand strategies for communications, public relations, advertising, and events, ensuring consistent evaluation and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to establish seasonal purchasing guidelines.
- Set new objectives and KPIs for the multi-brand label structure, aligning them with individual brand growth, and implementing a continuous improvement strategy.
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of marketing experience, preferably within the fashion or beauty industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of merchandising within a multi-brand environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and cultivate relationships effectively.
- Competency in working closely with the founder to manage expectations and deliver results.
- A growth-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach to challenges.
