Overview
The Executive Assistant is responsible for independently performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support duties,
He/she shall primarily assist RSLD Aviation & team and also support HR department in Singapore.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for secretarial and administrative support to the Director of Aviation.
- Serves as primary communicator to all participants, prepare resources and presentations, create agendas, document meeting minutes, and ensure timely completion of action items.
- Generates vital reports, analyze data, and communicate trends to the Director
- Handle travel arrangement, accommodation, and expense reimbursements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing records.
- Provide HR support,
- Update invoicing
- Assist in handling any ad-hoc assignments as required
- Support with documentation and production (printing, filing, binding, submitting, etc.)
- Edit and format the document including but not limited to expert CVs, reports according to the requirement of client

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION LEVEL
Degree/ Diploma in Business or related disciplines
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3+ years relevant experience in a multinational company
