JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Full spectrum of Human Resources
Ad-hoc activities required by the government agency
Apply and follow up on government grants
Various reports to Director, HR Manager and Shipyards
Ad-hoc assignments assign by Director, HR Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or other discipline
Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience in Marine Shipyard is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of Employment Act
Ability to work/communicate with foreign workers
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel and Work
Meticulous and accurate in work
Neat, tidy and organized at work
Compile database of manpower deployment list, man-hour rate and cost comparison
