Job Description & Requirements
- Handle customers' enquiries
- Plan and schedule delivery with drivers
- Liaise and cooridinate with clients and drivers to ensure timely receiving of goods
- Follow up with customers and keep records of all transcations
- Other add-hoc if required
~ Must be able to mulitask and work independently
~ Bilingual in English and mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking clients
~ Give a positive and professional image
~ Handle guest/customer concerns and feedback
~ Use computer applications at basic level
