ADMINISTRATION

Century Hr Solutions Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

Administration

  • Collaborate closely with executive and support teams (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT).
  • Coordinate and support onboarding of new employees, including training, technology and workspace setup
  • Provide general administrative support to certain executives on an as-needed basis.
  • Other admin projects and duties as assigned.

Vendor management and procurement

  • Source and screen new vendors in collaboration with the executive team.
  • Evaluate vendor quotations and recommend contract awards based on quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Review vendor contracts with upper management
  • Support with procurement and vendor management, sourcing, and invoicing process.

Finance support

  • Support the finance team with budget management and expense tracking related to office operations.
  • Bookkeeping on transaction records, event expenses, and daily operation budget; exercise office inventory control.

HR support

  • In-charge of talent acquisition (recruitment, retention, engagement)
  • Handle learning and development function (TNA, training arrangement, follow-ups)
  • Perform payroll as a back-up
  • In-charge of on-boarding and off-boarding for employees

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree of any discipline
  • Minimally 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Possess good time management skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
