Job Responsibility
- Provide first level of support and customer service
- Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email
- Require to listen, probe to clarify and understand customer needs
- Escalate problems or issues promptly and resolve customer queries
- Manage modified parts repairs and warranty claims
- Arrange routes for revisit
- Generate reports and perform various administrative tasks
Job requirement
- Minimum 1 Year(s) of experience in Similar Position
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin as customers need
- Highly motivated and positive-minded
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
