Job Description:
PGC aims to provide a dynamic, holistic service that understands how important home and family life is to the advancement of society. As Chief Managing Consultant you will be required to wear a number of hats: you will be responsible for coordinating business operations, client relations, promoting the business and building relationships with industry leaders. You will also deliver coaching and consulting services to parents, both in person and online. A high degree of flexibility will be required as this is not a 9-5 role, with frequent evening and weekend commitment required. In addition, you will be comfortable with public speaking and confident designing and delivering seminars on a variety of parenting topics. A key aspect of this role is providing bespoke, high standard services to our high net worth clients. Experience is this sphere would be very advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry leaders to support business growth.
• Drive business development and success through effective promotion using Social Media and other mediums.
• Manage an enhanced program of client engagement.
• Deliver personalised coaching and consulting services to parents, addressing complex issues by providing bespoke, strategic solutions and holistic support.
• Design parenting seminars and workshops across a variety of topics.
• Communicate concepts effectively through public speaking, social media and internet channels.
Minimum Qualifications:
• A masters level degree from a reputable university.
• 15 + years Industry experience.
• Experience supporting High Net Worth Clients.
• Native English speaker plus one additional European language.
• Knowledge and experience of Neurodivergence and the associated challenges and therapies available.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Expertise in providing coaching and consulting services, particularly in a 1:1 setting.
• Comfortable with public speaking and adept at conveying complex ideas in a simple, understandable manner.
• Strong ability to provide strategies and future planning tailored to individual family needs.
• Personal experience of overseas relocation.
• Strong background in Early Years Development and Education
Preferred Qualifications:
• Business Level French
• Psychology, Early Childhood and Special Education Needs background
• Digital Marketing skills
• Project Management experience
