We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to support our expansion in the insurance and consulting services sectors. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who excels in client engagement, sales, and cross-promoting consulting services to high-net-worth clients. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and earn additional income through promoting our diverse range of consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and acquire high-net-worth clients, offering tailored insurance solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Sales & Cross-Selling: Promote our insurance services and actively cross-sell Lotusia’s consultancy offerings, including company formation, accounting, taxation, and compliance, to maximize client value and company revenue.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the insurance team, participating in training sessions and supporting collective sales goals through individual performance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and exploring opportunities for upselling additional services.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, forums, and networking sessions to connect with potential clients and promote the company’s brand.
  • Sales Planning: Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans, aligning efforts with company goals and market demands.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor personal sales performance against targets, actively seeking feedback and development opportunities to improve skills and results.

Requirements:

  • Insurance License: Must possess a valid insurance license.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an outgoing personality and the ability to engage effectively with high-net-worth clients.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong information collection, analysis, and business planning skills to drive strategic decisions.
  • Personal Traits: Decent, honest, careful, and conscientious, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Proactive & Target-Driven: Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a desire to drive business growth through innovative strategies.
  • Earning Potential: Open to earning additional income by promoting our full range of consulting services to insurance clients.
