The goal of Business development is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and to build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
- Identify potential high-value clients to build revenue growth.
- Maintain relationships with current and potential customers through regular communications.
- Work with external partners to build and grow relationship for leads generation.
- Work closely with the back-end team to develop service solutions based on customer needs.
- Conduct customer due diligence and KYC to ensure compliance of incorporation policies and processes.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance and business
- Possess an outgoing personality with good communication skills
- Excellent written and communication skills in Chinese and English
- Good information collection, analysis and business planning skills
- Priority will be given to those with background in banking, finance or corporate consulting industry
- Decent, honest, careful and conscientious
- Interested in Insurance Industry
Salary Package:
a) Business Development Executive (1 to 3 years of work experience):
SGD 4,000/month (significant performance commission)
b) Business Development Manager (more than 3 years of work experience):
SGD 5,500/month (significant performance commission)
