Job Description:
- Assist with daily cash management and loan administration.
- Assist with cash flow forecasts and reports for Management.
- Manage the Group's bank accounts including internet banking platforms.
- Support Treasury reporting and any other operational duties as assigned.
- Assist with bookkeeping, month-end closing of entities assigned.
- Liaise with service providers to obtain month end reports and upload to GL.
- Any other duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in real estate/ hospitality industry with public listed company, supporting on treasury matters and book keepings
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience in accounting system like Oracle
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore tax regulations and GST standards
- Meticulous and organised
