- Follow up with the vendors for timely delivery of the orders
- Handle all the operations’ material usage
- Involve in negotiation process with suppliers to ensure best possible terms and conditions
- Liaise with finance on payment issues
- Data entry on the company system to correlate procurement to the cost code
- Perform purchasing and related activities to meet the cost, schedule and qualities/requirements
- Prepare and issue the POs after management approvals
- Source for competitive pricing from local suppliers and also from different regions to ensure the most cost-effective purchasing
- Work closely with the logistic coordinator for the timely shipment of the purchased items into Singapore
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least “O” Level, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
- Candidate must be familiar with Building Material.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Construction Company.
