Contract Duration
- Contract Period: 1 November 2024 to 31 December 2025
- Option to Extend: An option to extend the contract for an additional 12 months, from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, at the School's discretion.
- Working Hours:Mondays to Fridays: 7:15 AM to 4:45 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)
No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
Scope of Services
The personnel will assist with the following duties:
Finance (Accounts Payable)
- Data entry and preparation of payment vouchers and documents related to accounts payable.
Student Administration
- Assist with the administration of bursary and financial assistance applications for students from low-income families.
- Liaise with parents for document checks and issue approval letters to successful applicants.
Record Keeping
- Maintain records for utilities and telecoms monthly usage, photocopy usage, donations, and acknowledge donors by issuing Thank You cards.
Customer Service
- Cover front counter duties when the receptionist is unavailable, handling walk-in visitors such as parents, students, staff, and contractors.
- Answer and direct phone calls to relevant staff.
- Issue keys and remote controllers to staff and contractors.
- Cover duties for the Librarian during her absence.
Emergency and Safety Teams
- Assist with emergency and safety teams deployed by the school.
Additional Duties
- Support other tasks as assigned by the school.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
The personnel should ideally have the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 3 subject passes including English at GCE ‘O’ Level or Grade 3 for ‘N’ Level (NA) or its equivalent in English medium.
- Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in Mandarin being an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Relevant experience in school finance and administration is preferred
