Title: Finance Executive
Location: Ubi, Singapore
Salary: SGD 3,000 - SGD 4,500
Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Friday
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Finance Executive to join our client a IT Solutions Company based in Ubi, Singapore. You will play a critical role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the financial health of their company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and management of the company’s budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee general accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements (P&L), balance sheets, and expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data and generate reports for management, stakeholders, and external entities.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely receipt of payments, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and clients to ensure seamless financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of Singapore working experience in full-spectrum accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and clients.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
