Contract Duration
- Contract Period: 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026
- Working Hours:Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)
Fridays: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)
Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
Scope of Services
The personnel will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and staff at the General Office.
- Handling phone inquiries, fax communications, and email correspondence.
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks, including document filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Providing support for school operations as needed.
Qualification, Skills, and Experience
The personnel should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of Secondary School education.
- A pleasant personality and professional demeanor.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a school environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in spoken English; knowledge of Malay and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
