Job Description:
- Carry out activities as directed by the Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist.
- Provide regular updates on clients' rehabilitation progress to the Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all activities performed.
- Track and update monthly attendance for activities.
- Post the weekly activity schedule for reference.
- Conduct vital sign checks prior to starting any activities.
- Provide assistance with toileting when required.
- Ensure proper maintenance, organization, and record-keeping of rehabilitation equipment.
- Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by the Centre Manager
Requirement:
- Diploma in Sports Science or in a related field
- HMI certificate in a related field
- WSQ qualification in Therapy
- Experience working in an elderly setting is an advantage
