JOB OPENING: SALES & ADMIN SUPPORT
Salary Range: $2000 - $3500
Location: Singapore, UBI
Sales Support Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing sales quotations and follow up on quotation status (training will be provided).
- Update sales opportunities into sales pipeline reports using cloud software.
- Process orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Support daily sales operations and liaise between departments on sales order delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure prompt completion of each sales order.
- Provide excellent customer service through product knowledge and handling inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to meet monthly targets and annual goals.
Admin Support Responsibilities:
- Handle order processing, purchasing, and invoicing.
- Coordinate with suppliers/couriers on delivery matters and installations.
- Communicate with customers on delivery schedules and update delivery status.
- Generate weekly reports (delivery tracking list) and maintain a record of suppliers.
- Provide general office administrative support (filing, data entry, scanning, ordering office items, etc.).
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business/Information Technology.
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Independent, resourceful, and a good team player.
- Positive working attitude, trustworthy, and willing to learn.
- Proficiency in Mandarin for engaging Mandarin-speaking clients and counterparts.
