Job description:
- Handle invoice processing; verification of timesheets and invoices
- Oversee month-end time booking process and work with various IT functions to
- ensure timely, accurate and complete time bookings.
- Support other key financial activities and reporting (e.g. accruals, cost allocation)
- and handle ad-hoc queries.
- Support Project Leads on resource forecasting activities
- Work with various IT Managers, vendors and HR to ensure that resources are
- On/Off-boarded timely and in line with standards and policies.
- Responsible for maintenance of the global contract database
- Support the contract maintenance renewal process and other contract administration activities.
- Assist and provide support on periodic management reports.
- Support other departmental administration, IT events and other initiatives.
- Project Management Support
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Singapore financial accounting standards
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of Access and VBA macro an advantage
- Experience in banking industry is a plus
