RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the business partners in all administration tasks such as Contract Renewal, Prepare Re-Employment Contract, Letter of Certification, Prepare Acceptance of Resignation & Trigger staff Confirmation letter
- Complete the process of renewal and cancellation of work passes on time and in accordance to MOM
- Ensure all administrative tasks are delivered accurately & timeley
- Work with superior to assess and review the internal HR operational workflow to streamline work processes, leveraging on technology
- Input and maintain employee information
- Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and personnel file records including standard operating procedures are updated on a timely basis
- Granting and administration of Corporate passes, i.e. access to work pass website
- Participate and give support in special HR projectassigned by supervisor, HRM or HRD
- Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by supervisor and manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Business Admin / HR or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience or Degree in Business Admin / HR or equivalent with 2 -3 years of relevant HR experiences
- Good communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to maintain highest degree of confidentiality and professional integrity
- Able to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
