Digital Governance Analyst

Singapore Pools (private) Limited.

We are looking for a passionate and professional Digital Governance Analyst to join our team.


Based in Singapore and reporting to the Manager, Digital Governance, the incumbent will identify, monitor, document, and assess compliance, risk incidents and control design.

What You'll Do

  • You will monitor compliance and quality performance and support in process improvement.
  • You will assess and document compliance issues and recommend corrective actions to ensure the information is managed through effective quality control practices.
  • You will evaluate, assess, and conduct risk assessment on internal control design and effectiveness, troubleshooting and analyses, and recommend corrective action.
  • You will plan and coordinate operational activities to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and ordinances.
  • You will conduct compliance monitoring reviews and recommend remedial action and appropriate compliance controls based on review findings.
  • You will identify and document risk incidents, compliance issues, perform occasional internal reviews, support disaster recovery process and continuity of operations, and ensure policies and procedures are implemented and well documented.
  • You will ensure IT infrastructure is safeguarding assets, maintaining data integrity, and operating effectively to achieve organization's goals or objectives.
  • You will review and update relevant documentation to ensure control objectives and identified risks are recorded and communicated.
  • You will maintain risk trending and heat map, processes, procedures, and documentation for Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.
  • You will perform cloud and enterprise architecture deliverables within the Centre of Excellence function.
  • You will work closely with the technical team on all GRU reportable incidents, generation of monthly and/or quarterly meeting slides.
  • You will work closely with the technical teams on all regulatory incidents, assess the safety status and non-compliance items, and recommend corrective actions for reportable incidents.
  • You will work with Risk Representatives or relevant teams to collect information from threat and vulnerability feeds and analyze the impact, facilitate proactive remediation, define and generate metrics.
  • You will support Risk and Compliance Lead in testing, tracking, remediation, risk acceptance for identified technology risk, risk reporting, and risk related initiatives.
  • You will assist IT statutory and Business Technology Division in ISO 27001 and WLA SCS certification audits or related audits.
  • You will assist with the implementation and maintenance of the GRC system.


Who You Are

  • You will need a Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related IT discipline.
  • You will need at least 3 years of working experience in monitoring and managing compliance and risk management related field.
  • You should have experience in performing risk assessments covering key risks and initiatives and experience in cloud-based systems.
  • You should have strong knowledge on compliance and regulatory mandates.
  • You should possess the ability to understand the workflow and process requirements of complex application systems.
  • You should have strong analytical capability and ability to prepare and present concise oral and written reports.
  • Experience in TOGAF framework would be advantageous.
