Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Indian grocery store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
- Auditing stock levels, maintaining applications and systems, and updating stock information.
- Being willing to rotate shifts (up to 12 hours) and provide extended support as needed.
- Flexibility with doorstep delivery and overall management.
- Handling accounting tasks and banking transactions.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar or related field.
- Training or work experience in Singapore is a plus.
