Job Description
- Manage full/partial accounts (AP/AR)
- Bookkeeping and data entry
- Process supplier payments and cheques
- Ensure correct account codes and cost centres
- Review AR Aging report and address outstanding balances
- Assist with month-end closing
- Send monthly statements and reminders to customers
Requirement:
- Professional Certificate/ NITEC, LCCI in Accounting, Diploma or equivalent
- Min 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Miscrosoft Navision knowledge is an advantage.
