Job Scope:
- Conduct stock-take of physical files and ensure that the physical files tally with the inventory list;
- RFID tag the physical files and update the Asset Management System (AMS);
- Perform daily reporting of the progress of stock-taking and RFID tagging;
- Creation of file records in IW for old LPS and CIV files; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
Job Requirements:
- All entry level candidates without any working experiences and fresh school leavers may also apply.
Working Hours: Mon to Thurs: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm / Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Salary: $2390/month
Contract Duration: 6 months
