About the Role:
CBD / Hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, Bank reconciliation, FA, Payroll & etc)
- Responsible for AR/AP, cash receipt, GL, payroll, revenue and expenditure
- Ensure accuracy of accounts records and timely month end closing for accounts
- Preparation and timely submission of quarterly GST and annual tax returns
- Assist in annual audits and filing of annual returns
- Assist tax agent in annual tax filing
- Assist finance outsource provider on group accounting and consolidation activities
- To support ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
Profile we are looking for:
- ACCA/ Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
- Experience in Odoo and/ or Xero accounting software preferred
- Experience in general ledger and accounts schedule reconciliation
- Open and collaborative and dealing with ambiguity and unstructured setting
- High integrity and ethics and a collaborative work attitude
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
