Administrative Executive
Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support to project teams, ensure efficient project operations and maintain communications among stakeholders
- Administrative support
- Assist with scheduling, meeting minutes, and logistics
- Manage project documentation and reports

- Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders
- Handle emails, phone calls, and update
- Project Coordination
- Help develop and track project schedules
- Monitor progress and coordinate resources
Requirements:
- Nitec or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent
- Some experience in project administration preferred
- Strong organizational and communicaton skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
