We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in overseeing and managing construction projects for private landed properties.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
2. Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Monitor and enforce compliance with building rules, regulations, and safety standards.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality control.
6. Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed on project status, changes, and any potential challenges.
