- Supervise and lead a team of staff members to deliver good service quality and customer satisfaction
- Foster positive working environment and team cohesion
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements
- Recruit, conduct trainings and onboarding for new employees
- Schedule shifts and manage employee workloads
- Oversee inventory levels and replenish stocks
- Conduct regular stock audits and manage discrepancies
- To perform cashiering function and manage opening / closing of daily cash sales handling and financial transactions
- Track sales targets and performance monitoring
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Train staff on safety procedures, SOPs and protocols
- Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment
REQUIREMENTS
- Have at least 2 year relavant working experience
- Can accept Non fix off day
- Can accept non air con environment
- Can accept work in weekday and holiday
