Job Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Manage and grow your portfolio to achieve annual renewal revenue targets.
- Single Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Campaign Briefing: Attend and participate in campaign briefs with clients to gather insights and align strategies.
- Strategic Recommendations: Understand clients’ businesses and brands to provide tailored digital marketing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Relationship Building: Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients through regular communication, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Campaign Management: Oversee day-to-day management of client campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of tasks necessary for successful campaign execution.
- Performance Improvement: Review and propose initiatives to enhance the performance of clients' digital campaigns.
- Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on campaign performance to clients.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 -3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Experience in understanding client needs and delivering innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with ad platforms and management tools such as Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager is preferred.
- Google Ads certification is an added advantage
