一、职位描述Job Description
1、负责生产计划制定及监控Responsible for production planning
（1）根据客户需求，销售预测及订单等制定产能需求计划,并与生产团队协同产能需求计划的达成情况
According to customer demand, sales forecast and sales orders，Break down sales forecasts/requirement into capacity requirement planning and coordinate with production team to achieve the capacity requirement planning.
（2）根据客户需求结合客户订单等制定周度排产作业计划，并跟进生产计划的执行。
According to customer demand, sales order,make daily production scheduling and follow up the execution of production scheduling.
2、负责物料需求计划 Responsible for material planning
（1）根据销售预测，订单等结合BOM清单，制定物料需求计划，结合物料采购周期、安全库存等在合适时候提出物料申购需求，及时追踪,确保生产物料及时供应。
According to sales forecast, sales order, safety stock, make material requirement planning. based on material requirement planning, material LT, release PR and track to ensure production materials supply.
（2）对原材料、半成品及成品呆滞进行分析及预警 Analysis E&O material and control inventory.
3、订单管理与执行：
（1）及时回复订单交货期Provide delivery date for sales order.
（2）对可能出现影响订单执行的问题或预计不能满足客户需求的订单提前预警，并协调相关各部门（必要时，召开跨部门协调会议）就问题点或瓶颈提出解决方案，以确保订单按时交付.
Early warning for issues affecting sales order fulfillment，coordinate relevant departments (if necessary, hold cross-departmental coordination meetings) to propose solutions to the problem points or bottlenecks, so as to ensure sales orders are delivered on time.
二、任职要求（学历、工作经历、年龄、素质、工作技能）
Job Requirements (education, work experience, age, quality, work skills)
1、本科及以上学历，理工科背景 Bachelor degree or above, science and engineering background
2、有一定的数据分析能力，熟悉产品生产工艺流程 Good data analysis ability, familiar with product production process.
3、熟练使用办公软件,熟悉ERP系统，如SAP等。Skilled use of office software, Familiar with ERP system, such as SAP
4、工作态度好、做事细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力、沟通协调能力和职业素养。 Good working attitude, good communication and coordination skills and professional quality.
三、语言要求：Language
英语，中文流利，可做为工作语言
Fluent in English and Chinese, can be used as working language.
