Corporate Services Executive (Finance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in managing the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee the complete Accounts Receivables and Payables (AR/AP) functions.
- Execute daily financial operations to support the company’s financial health.
- Prepare and maintain journal entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, account reconciliations, and reporting packages.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly management and financial reports.
- Coordinate and support the annual statutory audit, including the preparation of audit schedules, reviewing statutory accounts, responding to auditor queries, and handling XBRL filings.
- Manage quarterly GST submissions in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handle annual tax computations and income tax filings.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and provide ad-hoc financial forecasts as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance team and broader corporate services.
Job Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in Accountancy from a recognized institution, with at least 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in using TMS and SAGE systems; experience with system migrations is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively within teams.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
