Working Hours: Any 5 days from Mon - Sun (Usually mon to fri office hours)
Job Scope:
• Administrative support including (but not limited to) telemarketing, letter shopping, data entry etc.
• Liaise with vendors and partners to ensure the maximum value and timely execution of procured goods and services
• Ensure the accurate processing of donations received and updating of databases in a timely manner
• Manage the inventory of physical assets and equipment for events
• Assist in the production of collaterals and publications
• Any other relevant duties that may be assign
