- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Invoice preparation and follow-up, financial statement reconciliation
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Responsible for mamangement and budgeting of cash flows
- Review effectiveness of internal conctrols with respect to payment cycle
- Updating of cashbook and timely posting to the General Ledger
- Assist in th emonthly closing of accounts including preparation of accounting journals and quarterly GST filing
- Handle general office administration matters
- Assist in othe adhoc projects as required
