Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Partial Set of Accounts
- Ensure AP & AR activities are performed correctly and timely
- Reconcile Bank Statement
- Maintain proper filing and documentation
- Invoicing & Payment Collection
- Process payroll for employees
- Process foreign worker work pass and particulars update submissions
- Record and track team leave
- Assist in liaising with external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary, etc. when necessary
- Manage office maintenance, servicing and supplies
- Assist in other Accounts/Admin related tasks
Requirements:
- At least 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
