Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless running of the café in the most efficient and effective manner, delivering the highest service standards
- Ensure all staffs are well briefed on their responsibilities as per company’s standards and are given constant supervision and motivation on all aspects of their work
- Manage the team including rostering, motivation, and conflict management
- Handle customers’ feedback and complaints and ensure that improvements are made accordingly
- Maximise revenue, opportunities and minimizing costs without compromising standards and customers’ experience
- Ensure cafe cleanliness at all times
Requirements
- At least 1 year of F&B supervisory experience
- Prior coffee or cafe working experience advantageous
- Highly customer service oriented
- Exhibit strong leadership skills
- Bright, cheerful and fun-loving individual who likes communicating with people
Job Details
- Working Hours: 7am – 5pm
- Working Days: 5 working days
- Location: Stanley Street
- Pay Range: $2800 - 3300
