Responsibilities
- Lead a team of ICT executives in Asia
- Develop and execute organizational ICT strategies and plans globally
- Manage the on-premises and cloud environment for the organization
- Evaluate and future-proof the technology stack for different infrastructure services including evaluation of potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems and improve business efficiency with appropriate technologies
- Evaluate and implement technologies to improve the performance, capacity and resilience of the system infrastructure (e.g. Compliance and Patch Management, System Monitoring, End-point solution etc)
- Plan and implement IT initiatives and projects
- Ensure stability of infrastructure services, business services and production services
- Develop, manage, and continuously improve ICT processes; including change management, configuration management, incident management, problem management
- Plan and implement disaster recovery and business continuity projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems or related disciplines
- Good knowledge of ICT infrastructure; servers, network, ICT security, cloud, and ICT operations
- Good knowledge of data center architecture and infrastructure
- Experiences in Project Management and Change Management
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
