Position: Customer Service Specialist
Work Location: Singapore 098008
Salary: $3150 SGD
Job Scope:
- Ticketing, Customer Service, and Event Coordination: Manage all ticketing processes and provide excellent customer service, ensuring smooth event coordination.
- Collaboration with Sales Department: Work closely with the Sales team to plan and execute events, including School Visits and Birthday Parties.
- Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections for a variety of clients, including Schools, Travel Agents, Families (for Birthday Parties), and Media/Video shooting inquiries, both for walk-ins and by appointment.
- Customer Assistance: Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and provide guidance as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek ways to enhance departmental effectiveness and efficiency by suggesting improvements where appropriate.
- Professionalism: Perform all duties with a professional attitude, ensuring that company service standards, objectives, and code of conduct are consistently met or exceeded.
- Record Keeping: Create and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Child Safety: Enjoy working with children and prioritize their safety at all times.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using emails, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
