ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job description:

  • Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Managing office supplies, ordering and maintaining records.
  • Organizing and maintaining files, documents, and databases.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external clients, vendors.
  • Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders.
  • Any ad-hoc admin assignment from manager.


Details:

  • Location: Woodlands
  • Working days: 5 days work week
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm
  • Singaporean Only
