Job description:
- Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Managing office supplies, ordering and maintaining records.
- Organizing and maintaining files, documents, and databases.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external clients, vendors.
- Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders.
- Any ad-hoc admin assignment from manager.

- Working days: 5 days work week
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm
