Sales Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide sales support to the business development team.
2. Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made for clients and processing of purchase orders.
3. Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming inquiries by phone, fax, email, and walk-in customers.
4. Coordinate between various departments and parties to ensure timely and satisfactory order fulfillment.
5. Assist in resolving incoming customers' issues relating to orders.
6. Maintain good relationships with customers.
7. Other ad hoc duties/assignments as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma and above in any field.
2. Ability to read and write English.
3. Customer-oriented, personable, and a team player.
4. Proficient with Microsoft Applications.
5. Professional with SAP Business One (not a must).
6. Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
