- Handling of all e-stamping procedures, e-Lodgment procedures and ensuring documents are lodged with the SLA
- Handle conveyancing matters in sales, purchases, part-sales/purchases, refinances, and redemptions transactions
- Familiar with Sales and Purchase Agreements, Mortgages, Transfers, Leases, Power of Attorney, Stamp Duty etc.
- Liaise with Banks, CPF board, Solicitors, and Clients on various conveyancing matters
- Manage client appointments and monitor deadlines
- Maintenance of files and records
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in law firm handling work for conveyancing transactions
- Fresh graduates may apply
